Good money, fun class interactions and a great way to get experience. Anyone who wants to get into teaching should jump on this kind of job. It's about the best experience you can get.
Cons
Not necessarily the easiest place to advance internally unless you have a degree. And the amount of hours can fluctuate depending upon the time of the year. If you can get enough hours, though, it's a great part time gig.
