Pros
Good Benefits especially the holiday entitlement which is 36 days per year if you are full time (that does include your 8 days bank holidays as well) and good pay for the position. A good Senior management team who genuinely help out when you need them.
Cons
Local management aren't great and you are often asked to do things that aren't in your job description. Concerns you bring up are frequently dismissed and things are rarely done to improve anything.
