Pros
Leadership sets the tone for every organization. At Kaon, the CEO and his leadership team lead by example, always focusing on the value all us of must bring to the customers, and the respect with which we treat one another. Sure, we work hard, but the demands are reasonable and the reward of working for a company that truly cares about its people makes up for the times that long hours are required.
