      Pros

      Nice people to work with and people generally want to be the best doing their works. Gaining new experience in FX market.

      Cons

      People management is poor and very dictator. Many senior officers leaving over 6 months past. CFO, Legal, country manager, HR, middle office, examples. No replacement. Overworked and not many people in operations team. Lots of unhappiness and many people now waiting until next offer comes. Trust is big issue.

      Open communication, the opportunity to work with the newest technology, the chance of learning and using AI as a tool and as a co-worker

      I don't think that there are cons that can't be solved internally, as the people seems to be open to conversations and improvements
