      - chalenging project and possibilities to conduct projects. - many different projects to run; - some traning are provided to personal development..

      - Sometimes there are a lot of overhours. When you are a consultant there is a small possibility to engage as many people at it is necceserty to conduct a project, rather there are overhours.
