      Pros

      A few keywords I think describe here is Open, collaborative, knowledgeable, friendly, close knit company. The team here is easy to approach and experienced in the ways of finding solutions. You walk in and immediately feel like you are a part of the team.

      Cons

      Depending on your location the drive can be annoying but that is nothing on their part.

      Pros

      Previous owners took well care of their employers. You were treated like family.

      Cons

      After the company sold to Constellation Software, and put Lumine as the parent company, all the corporation wanted to do was minimize the number of people to make it look as if the company was doing great finanically. When all acutality, they are shedding people by truck loads. I can't see this company lasting more than 5 years.

      Onboarding is not very good. Lack of documentation. Getting asistance is difficult.
