      Pros

      Was able to use rearranged time to attend appointments. Ability to contribute to a retirement account as well as vesting in KPERS after 5 years. Ability to move up internally.

      Cons

      High turnover of staff. Requires patience to work with clients in crisis.

      Working with a great group of people that care about helping Veteran's and TSM and the general public on a daily basis

      Cons

      No a lot of room for Advancement as a DVOP

      Pros

      Good choice for someone who just wants to "punch in and punch out" and collect a minimal paycheck

      Cons

      Not a good choice for professionals who are knowledgeable and care about program participant's success. Poor management and inexperienced program direction causes a lot of frustration and a very stressful work environment.
