Pros
- They have a good apprenticeship program set up in theory. - They have a management team that will work with you on things.
Cons
- The schooling side of the apprenticeship program is not always complimented with enough real world training. - They have a tendency to bite off more than they can chew in regards to timelines and workloads on jobs. - While the management team is pretty good, it is a bit bloated as compared to the size of the company as a whole.
