      Pros

      If you live in Erie commute is close to everything. Pay is with in industry standards as are benefits. Current management is more transparent with group meetings.

      Cons

      Company has had way too much turn-over with management positions , project managers, engineers etc. Seems to be behind the times with ERP system and other software that is needed to operate efficiently. Company is not sure what it wants to be, just a manufacturer or manufacturer + Installer.

      Pros

      Pay was not bad for the area.

      Cons

      Amount of PTO and the truly horrible benefits outweigh any amount of salary. Ownership & High level management is absent and not reactive to the real problems. Local management doesn't really deal with shortcomings and ignores the recommendations of employees for basic improvements in workflow and efficiency. There is a bonus system that is attached to KPI factors that cannot be controlled by the employees.
