Pros
-Somewhat flexible work hours - Own office space (most likely sharing with 1-2 people) - So much is thrown at you; if you somehow are able to overcome that, it can be a good learning experience (having to be self-sufficient and work under pressure).
Cons
-Little to no training - Expected to grasp all responsibilities and duties on your own - Insanely high turnover for all positions (essentially 3-4 managers who've been there for a while + young inexperienced professions cycling in and out) - Pay is not competitive -Laptops are outdated - Rarely meet with management to discuss progress - Rarely allowed to WFH even during covid peaks - Constantly work overtime with no additional compensation
