Growing company - Employee Kamterter Employee Review

Great company to work for. Kamterter seriously considers their workers and are very fair. They expect you to work hard and you will be compensated. Company has grown tremendously in the past 8 years. Benefits can't be beat. Will not find these benefits anywhere else.

None that any other company does not have.

The job is fairly easy to learn, and gives fairly regular raises over time. They also give bonuses most years, match IRA contributions, and have holiday events. Health insurance is provided for free by the company, which is a very nice benefit. There are a lot of nice and helpful people there, and management is fairly approachable and accommodating. Employer will potentially pay some people for higher level education.

There is a high risk for mistakes in some of the work, which can make it stressful. There isn't a lot of room for growth, which was different than some of the impressions given by managers early on. The salary isn't especially high, but is sustainable for maintaining a simple lifestyle. The work can be very repetitive and mundane, so the employee needs to be prepared to sometimes do very long sessions of a repetitive activity.
