No Pros will count when they fire the employees without notice period. The lack of a notice period or transparent communication regarding my separation left me with unanswered questions.

Don’t have any company policy or even they not want to make the HR policies They dont understand the difference between professionals and workers(for them both are same, they treat their employees as slaves) Their no define job description anyone can do any work (they can even tell to clean the office) Dont have holiday list(all depend on their mood) If you tell them you have this issue, they said ok you can leave..like seriously is this the way to run a company They only know how to deduct salary, at you face they are so good but on your back they are so canning They dont know how to talk with their employees
