      Slow days and shut down days you can stay and still get paid to stay there and clean up a little bit.

      Cons

      Some days are super busy and you barely have time for breaks (in my specific position.)

      Culture is evolving, a lot of employees are 20+ year, like half the staff so they must do some things right!

      Lacking on maintenance on the flat sheet division, old factory but really good work schedule, optional Mondays, and shift differentials.

      Cons

      Lacking on maintenance in the flat sheet, wicked out of date and stuff breaks often.
