Pros

I applied for a position as a web developer and received a call back from them within the day. They arranged several interviews, in person and via phone. They even took time outside of business hours to prep and review any interviews they had setup with their clients. It's that extra step that shows how concerned they are for both their employees and clients. They made sure that the job was as good a fit for me as I was for the position. I've been impressed with the dialog they create and maintain even after being hired. They make themselves very open and supportive to their employees. They are also very concerned and supportive of any future plans that you may have in progressing your career. They've offered assistance and advice for progressing my career; which I really appreciate them going that extra step.

Cons

Be prepared for a very thorough hiring process. Lots of interview to make sure you are a good fit for the position, and that you will enjoy the position.

Pros

Kalles Group provides a very tailored approach in providing the right solutions for each individual client. The attention to specific needs and requirements are always front and center and the follow through and relationship management are extremely professional.

Cons

While this may not be a con for some, you will often need to wear multiple hats and remain flexible and willing to grow and expand your professional skill set over time, as the client portfolio is broad and comes with a variety of challenges and approaches.

Thanks for sharing your input. I’m genuinely sorry your experience felt this way. Reading words like “fake” and “dramatic” isn’t easy, especially in a company that holds ownership, integrity, and purposefulness as core standards for how we operate. Those values matter to us, and if your experience felt misaligned with them, that’s something we have to own. I do appreciate you calling out the kindness of many team members. We care deeply about who we hire and how we treat one another. Leadership in a growing, evolving company comes with real challenges. That’s not an excuse, just context. We’ve been working to strengthen communication, make one on ones more meaningful, and increase leadership accountability. We’re not perfect, and we’re committed to improving. If you’re ever open to a direct conversation, I’d welcome it. Even hard feedback helps us grow. Wishing you the best in what’s next.
