Pros
Nothing good in company. Good company for Kerala people. Even if they dont know anything they will still hire because they are from Kerala.
Cons
. They don’t have any upgraded tools. They lack in current technology. Very much money minded, Management team is least bothered with what’s happening in company. Salaries doesn’t even match 10% of market standards. They hire more Kerala based people. Totally it’s a Kerala company. Very less other state people. Good Hike is given only to there favourite people. No employee engagement. No employees benefit compared to other companies. Lot of deductions in salaries. They say CTC is 12 L but most will go in variable pay. They do appraisal in March but give hike in OCT. Many old employees who are back dated in technologies They talk only in Malayalam even in meetings when they know people from other states like me are finding difficult to understand. Lot of favouritism . Bad company don’t spoil your career by joining this company
