      Pros

      Most of the coworkers and a few of the managers are great to work with and for.

      Cons

      Poor management and cost cutting means that Kalera has a huge turnover and is always understaffed. There are few opportunities to move up and no incentives to work hard. Hours are often cut and the starting salary is so low most people have to get second jobs.

      Pros

      No micromanagement; out of the office 95% of the time; travel outside of Houston

      Cons

      Management had no idea how transportation works and no idea how to sell their product. All employees are part-time and your work schedule is based on company needs, so you never knew if you'd get 4 hours or 34 hours each week.
