You can pick any shifts you want. work any hours and travel to different nursery and meet new people
Cons
Being late means you’ll have to pay and fine and you’ll have to show proof of you cancel your shift before 24 hours. It’s kinda annoying because how can i show proof when im in pain i cannot just call my GP because of a fever.
