Pros

I’m proud to work for this organisation. The people I’ve met working here are very attached to their vocation. They care deeply about making a difference in the lives of people who use their services. It’s extremely rewarding work and I feel motivated and engaged to work hard here. HR are also very supportive, and you don’t feel afraid to make a mistake or try something new at Kaleidoscope, innovation and initiative are encouraged. I can’t imagine feeling stifled here. Would definitely recommend.

Cons

Opportunities for progression/pay increases are somewhat limited, but I would say that's par for course when you're employed in a publicly funded/third sector organisation that isn't scalable in the same way private sector companies are.
