      The managing broker and office support are great! I never had a bad encounter with anyone. They are there to help grow your business.

      Cons

      They’re a small brokerage and they’re based in the city which makes it a really far drive. That’s the only con!

      Flexibility. Flat fee. Friendly office team.

      Cons

      Independent contractor so it is definitely not like a W2 job. But you get to keep more commission
