High call flow. They charge very high rate for the clients and pay nominal amount $0.12 per min or $4 per hour to the interpreters.
Cons
Very disappointing experience. The compensation is well below industry standards, with demanding hours and little work-life balance. Supervisors are difficult, and management is unresponsive. Overall, an unprofessional environment that doesn’t value employees. Interpreters stay away from this trap!
