Pros

The fact that it's hybrid

Cons

It's the most depressed I've ever been while working there. You don't know when your payment will be processed. I was even told by colleagues that you can go 1-2 months without getting paid. I left the moment I could... Even though I've never had a personal issue with the CEO, he is quite passive agressive and mean to people. It was the most toxic environment I've ever been in. There is fake positivity because the people are nice, but everyone hates it there. I saw that a lot of people left the company after me and I was happy for them. Do yourself a favor and don't even interview.

Pros

The product is interesting. They offer the flexibility to work hybrid/remote. The team gives their 100%.

Cons

There was a lack of a fixed payment schedule. It was very stressful when it comes to doing financial planning, and paying rent. I was expected to work outside of regular work hours to accommodate different time zones. You can easily be asked to get a call at 21.30 pm Meetings can be frustrating due to the lack of structure. They often feel aimless and unproductive. So overall if you are comfortable with unpredictability and prioritize adaptability over stability, you might consider Kaizo .However, for those seeking a more balanced work-life schedule and structure, Kaizo is not the ideal fit.
