Kaizen Automation is a Mid-sized Automation Company in India. As a beginner Working in Kaizen Automation give me an Overall experience in Control system designing, Programming, Testing and commissioning Control Systems. Meeting with end-user to understand their needs and requirements for Automation. Encouragement from the team and the company owner to their employees are highly appreciable. I can proudly say that my experience with Kaizen made a seasoned and Sound Controls & Automation Engineer.

There are not many Cons. Since this was a Mid-sized company during my Employment period- 2008 to 2010. Financial growth was not that Good. Other than that I don't have any major cons.

1. get to learn basics 2. all kinds of experience from hardware to software

1. very minimal allowances for site engineers 2. no proper arrangements of living on site 3. have to manage everything by public transport on site
