      Pros

      Freshers can work and learn on job.

      Cons

      Odd working hours, high work pressure, work on weekends as well. No HR in company, teams work in adhoc manner, all work is managed by owner who has no respect to his employees, he treats them as daily wagers. No leaves policy, due to small team of 5-6 people you are expected to work 24x7 - 365 days. Salary is avg and gets deducted as owner wishes. No team hierarchy, last word is always of the company owner.

      Salary comes around 7th. Maybe this can be counted as a pro.

      Cons

      They never pays you your last month salary Not so good people to hang around with. Most of the good people already left. All the chatu and unemployable are yet there.

      No good thing to say.

      Cons

      Working culture is very bad. You will have to work after office hours, on holidays. People hate each other and get jealous of others good work. No learning and growth opportunity.
