Location is good as in the centre

Management and the staff is not good

1. Worst infrastructure. (Broken chairs, tables, Systems, no ac etc) 2. Insulting pay 3. Academic level projects. Has no standard. Can not be counted as an experience. No international clients. 4. No weekend off.(Despite not having work, fuhget about load) 5. Managers are born and brought up at kairee. Have not seen actual IT industry ever. They can’t even read/write/speak English 6. Company propose something and delivers something else. Its better to not have a system than having a system developed by Kairee. Systems/softwares are mean to solve business process hurdles, but when kairee is your IT partner, then you will end up regretting outsourcing to kairee. 7. Fake working hrs/efforts posted to client 8. Clients are fooled with Unwanted solutions and irrelevant technology suggestion (.net) just because kairee has no expertise other than .net 9. CEO is non-IT person who actually provides best possible solution to clients 🤣 he talk about database and technologies. C’mon ‘wanna be geek’ get a life. You know NOTHING about any technology. This is like fish is trying to crawling on the tree 10. Micro management: company has developed some applications for inhouse purpose which are literally humiliating to Humans. Time sheet management etc. applications are the worst portfolio of their own managers, absolutely torture to any human. Most pathetic applications I have ever seen in my life. 11. Office boy has a CEO attitude. Talks rude, behaves manner less. There are no reason to work at here. Soon company will sink, don’t risk your career. Stay home, find better opportunities.
