Avoid at all costs - Project Manager Kagool (UK) Employee Review

whole team made redundant, i didnt have a line manager for 6 months, HR didnt give a hoot! Then cash flow problems led to repeated requests to delay salary payments. Came to a head when they emailed everone on boxing day to say-no salary this month!. Took several months to finally get paid- complete shambles- appalling treatment of staff, company is run like a one man band and something of a personality cult, no robust processes, terrible financial management. Leadership is full of hot air, avoid at all costs would be my advice
