Awful company with no strategy and zero integrity. - The company treats staff with no regard whatsoever - Redundancy is used as a threat to keep people in line - No pay rises, not even a rise in line with inflation - Dishonestly to customers- lots promised at premium prices that the customer does not receive - Salary paid late on many occasions due to lack of funds - Focus is on the external looks of the company rather than the internal workings - Expectation to work well over contracted hours, otherwise you are treated like you are underperforming - Regularly made to feel inadequate as an employee
