Wish I would have found them sooner.

The main product is a truly great product. The start salary is good but lack of growth possible or advancement.

This is my opinion of the company: Management. Drama within management. Terrible work life balance. Unrealistic goals. Micromanaging is EVERYWHERE. No career growth or advancement. Will be constantly spoke down to. Insane hours. Unwillingness to listen and take advice. Poor benefits. Lots of talk about greatness and advancement but never happens. Is known as a revolving door for employment. Was made aware they lost in an approximate 8 month window in their new facility they lost both office executive assistants, CFO, Regional Sales Manager, 2 separate General Managers, IT Developer, Market Manager, and Production Manger. Will be expected to live and breathe the company above literally all us including family. Please ask around before pursuing.
