Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience during your short employment with Kagan. Your experience did not live up to our goal of making Kagan a great place to work and our accolades as a Top Orange County Workplace. We conduct internal surveys of team members for continual improvement. We also receive the results of third party surveys. Team members consistently rate Kagan’s environment and Kagan’s management team very highly. I am sorry to learn that your experiences were anything less than positive. We respectfully disagree with the assertion that Kagan does not encourage camaraderie as that is the intent of our many programs and activities including picnics, parties, celebrations, restaurant outings, and teambuilding activities and excursions. We agree that work should be enjoyable and we will continue to work towards that goal for all our team members. Thank you again for your constructive feedback.
