      Pros

      Lower employees are doing their best to care for the residents even without the right tools or support

      Cons

      When Jeff took over years ago the business started going downhill. He only cares about profit nothing else. The employees and residents dont matter any more. Please listen to me - you should not work here or put more money in Kaftans pockets. I'm leaving as soon as I can

      Great, family-owned business that really cares for their employees. Lots of communication and care for people and clear processes that are easy to follow.

      Pros

      Fair wage for most positions, yearly bonus given by the founder of company.

      Cons

      Family owned Son runs company but has different views and ways of doing things than his father. Chaos caused by constant turn in upper management, Unprofessional behavior allowed and favoring of certain employees. No trust micro managed. Division caused by Father and son you have to pick a side. High turnover.
