Worst company to work - SSE- Development Kadel Labs Employee Review

I joined this company as SSE and from the first day of joining HR start poking me to make a post on Linkedin with good words about the company, I was getting almost 5-10 messages per day from them. I was working remotely initially but after some days they start poking me to come onsite, after figuring out everything that relocation will not suitable for me so according to the offer letter in which they mentioned a 1-month notice from either side, I sent my resignation but instead of accepting that, they just replied with a termination email. so that they can grab my due salary, how cheap they are
