Pros

The employees at my branch are professional, caring, knowledgeable and very experienced. The company uses lots of the latest technology and is always improving and upgrading equipment. A brand new clean room complex is being built and office space is expanding and improving.

Cons

You get more time if you are a Pharmacist or Nurse, so a pharmacist with zero experience can start off with more PTO than say, a certified, licensed pharm tech who has 20 years in with the company. Also the company is still new to home infusion so there have been some growing pains mainly with having A LOT of corporate managers and getting different direction from different people, although this is slowly improving.

Pros

Pay was decent but I soon found out why

Cons

Not enough training staff. My trainer left in the middle of my training. Focus on promotion in middle management and location acquisition rather than stability and establishing processes and locations that function the same across each location. There aren’t current SOP’s for established processes which means training new hires is stunted. The CEO makes decisions and has staff jumping through hoops to try to align processes with his decisions. Proper planning is non existent. Management does not respect staff and tends to overload current staff leading to burnout and a revolving door. If they want their staff to care properly for their patients, they should care properly for their staff. The business is run like a startup even though it’s been around long enough to have processes of an established company. If you are an employee who has insurance through this company and also a patient, the insurance company routinely denies therapy for employees.
