      None. Benefits suck, low pay. No work/life balance. Everyone's on eggshells due to childish owner not understanding how to manage company or the employees.

      Cons

      Watch out for upper management. Owner will change direction based on mood or whims. Constantly looking for ways to set up people for failure.
