Pros

Highly technical guys Everybody is far above average Work from home anytime without question Salary what you can ask(Wasn't main concern for me by the way) Everybody is there (In India office) for any technical help and anything even when it is there time to sleep they will be proactively with you Need raise? Ask directly the management with open ears in this

Cons

Ah! Sometimes you expect something and there is something unexpected in both ways. That happens and you need to be clear about your thoughts/feelings there

Pros

-Fellow colleagues at the same level are nice people and helpful

Cons

-Put me into a position completely unrelated to my job title just to fill an open slot and earn some profit. As such, most of my employment has been a huge waste of time and I'm unable to gain experience for what my job is supposed to be. -Managers not particularly interested in employee development. -Never have had a real discussion with manager what is expected of my role. -Projects when not on client work is busy work without real direction. -Managers super busy on their own projects. -Real lack of client engagements to go around and they had hired a bunch of interns into full time after the summer even though the client prospects haven't been ramping up. -Real lack of clarity of future client engagements. The "upcoming project" is always 2 months away. - One of the most senior people in the company recently hired his daughter and then laid off another of his direct reports about a month later, which is a total conflict of interest.
