      Pros

      This is an interesting industry. The company tries to reward employees by providing free lunches and breakfasts on occasion.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING. if you apply here be prepared to do sub-par accounting work with some questionable “creative” accounting. Also be prepared to do at least 10 other jobs that you were not hired or trained to do. Oh, and also apply here if you routinely like to be underpaid and work for free. The company restricts OT but doesn’t care if you work for free off the clock. Lots of favoritism and selective inclusion. People are overworked and expected to work late and weekends.

      Pros

      The part-time position is ideal for pairing with another job if you are a student. Pay started at $18 and then went up to $19. Co-workers are awesome!

      Don't get benefits if you arent a full-time position

      Pros

      Paid PTO, but order than that it’s a hostile work environment

      My experience at KW Property Management and Consulting at Residences at Vizcaya was marked by an unhealthy work culture and poor leadership. The environment often felt tense and discouraging, with management relying more on intimidation and pressure than support or professional development. Communication from leadership was frequently unconstructive, and concerns did not feel safe to raise. Rather than fostering teamwork and growth, the atmosphere seemed driven by fear of mistakes and favoritism, which made day-to-day responsibilities unnecessarily stressful. Based on my experience, this is not a workplace I would recommend to anyone seeking a respectful, stable, and supportive environment.
