Pros
So far I love working for KVC. The training is intense, but they are great about not overloading you and it is paid training. They give you time to complete your training before overloading you with cases. The people here are wonderful and the company itself has awesome values. The company is growing and they are trying to be better each and every day. You can tell that positive growth is important to them. It is a very meaningful job and they have a great workplace culture. The job is not all sunshine and roses, because there are a lot of difficult cases/situations, but having an awesome support in place has been pivotal to overcoming those difficulties. I would definitely recommend KVC!
