It’s a steady check. That’s it.

Negativity reigns from the top. They want you to work 10-12 hrs/day regularly but only want to pay for 8 hrs and the benefits suck. Sales doesn’t get bonuses while execs splurge on luxuries. Paying vendors & customers late to fatten the books and cooking the books is everyday. Audits are standard for a reason. Ethics don’t exist but bribery, bigotry against American employees, favoritism, gossiping and backstabbing is the norm and goes unchecked. Basic Business acumen and human decency don’t exist. It’s so bad, some execs have burst out in tears in the hallway. Beyond toxic is the reality… so much so that even Korean employees quit after years of dedication and no reward. They hire from overseas with no green cards or work visas. Corrupt is an understatement.
