      Pros

      At Kubtec there really is no "pros" to working there.

      Cons

      Be prepared to be questioned on all your decisions made while you try to do your job. A decision typically cannot be made without being micromanaged by the CEO. Also please be prepared to be told multiple different answers to your questions. It is almost as if something is being kept hidden from you. Make sure to get everything in writing for there are too many broken promises. It can be a very negative place to work.

      Pros

      Kubtec makes cutting edge products that can change lives with their specimen imaging systems. In addition to helping cancer patients, they truly care about their employees' wellbeing and jump through hoops to help if needed. They respect my personal time and are very flexible with hours if needed. It is a two way street with mutual respect and compromise.

      Cons

      Could use a few more holidays.

      Lowest pay in the industry Company has no morales or ethics when it comes to customers or their service Have multiple issues with equipment and will not address them Treat their employees like they're quickly replaceable
