Pros
Everything is economy based, when the economy is strong KTGY has plenty of work and will compensate you handsomely for it. There are frequent company social gatherings that break the monotony of the daily grind.
Cons
There is little to zero room for growth. Each partner has their own team and depending on which you are allocated to, it could be a fantastic career experience or simply wasting the days drafting. This is a residential based with no diversity in alternate types of architectural work. Pay is inconsistent throughout the company. Typical profession practice is not present.
