      Nothing.... pros would be the location I guess, just steps from the capitol.

      Cons

      News management is abrupt and inexperienced with how to win, motivate and influence people. This feels like a 1970's newsroom with constant put-downs. Management really needs to connect with corporate on training.

      Excellent benefits, centrally located in downtown Austin.

      Cons

      Within the last few years, experienced journalists have been pushed out in favor of rookies and the quality of content and professionalism has suffered.
