I have been working at the company since May and have been able to be part of the company developing and evolving. The company provides an inclusive and welcoming environment for all staff and I feel proud to be part of a service which helps so many people. I have been able to develop my professional skills working here too and there is always support on hand where required. CEO's are very involved which is rare for a company and its great to be part of something where you can see the CEO's care about patients, the business and the staff. The company is growing at a fast rate too which allows for constant opportunities

Any issues that have occurred, I have been well supported with, so there are no cons for working here
