      -They will do business based on your money. -No proper communication passes to the employees -They will never provide client letter which some times the consulate officer asks

      If you know how to play with individuals at higher management - then its your company.

      Cons

      Very bad treatment for employees. no recognisition - Company only motive is to earn profits on employees as well by not adhering to professional ethics.
