Good co. For freshers and job less people

Good company except below... 1. No PF 2. No Medical 3. No Graguaite 4. Every 6 months hire N fire rule. 5. No outing 6. No cafeteria for lunch 7. Salary on 10th - 17th every month. 8. No Leaves 9. Women can't b pregnant for min 1 year after joining. Except that every thing is good.

1.Prompt decisions. 2.Do not escape responsibilities. 3.Decisions are more focused and rational as compared to group.

1.A group has potential of collecting more and full information compared to an individual while making decisions. 2.An individual while making any decision uses his own intuition and views. While a group has many members, so many views and many approaches and hence better decision making. 3.A group discovers hidden talent and core competency of employees of an organisation. 4.An individual will not take into consideration every members interest. While a group will take into account interest of all members of an organisation.
