      Pros

      Flex-time, location, quiet office, decent healthcare

      Cons

      8.5 hour days for “breaks”, PTO is based off of hours work so essentially you work the extra 30 min and it adds up to be your PTO, no one talks to each other, rigid office environment, huge workload, quarterly bonuses never handed out, no sick time, pay rates are laughable

      Pros

      KSE Engineering provides a safe, calm, organized environment for employees. As an employee I feel valued. I enjoy the flexibility with the working schedule, the relationships with other employees, and company events. It's a calm environment with down-to-earth employees and management.

      Cons

      It's a quiet environment, but I wouldn't really consider this a con. I actually like that there is no office drama.

      If starting out fresh they give you the time to learn the ways that they do things. Always willing to teach you new things and help you learn.

      Cons

      not really a con, but it is very busy.
