Is a growing organization and that can lead to some growing pains with too few people and too many projects.

KSBJ is an outstanding Christ-focused CCM format radio station serving the Greater Houston area. The staff I interacted with were always fun, caring, and kind. It was clear that KSBJ values both professional AND personal growth. KSBJ gives interns real-world, large-market experience that will both challenge and foster creative abilities. I highly recommend KSBJ if you are looking for a serious, full-time radio station internship.

Internships are somewhat hyperfocused to chosen area, i.e production, marketing, or events. An internship that incorporated all three areas during the eight-to-ten weeks would make this already excellent opportunity even better! Also, an internship that was programming department focused would've been outstanding as my primary interest was in overall station operations including music direction and the duties of a Program Director/APD.
