We’re committed to the missions of our clients, but most of them are in the federal government. The unpredictable federal budget process and contracting bureaucracy makes small business long-term planning a challenge.

I've worked for numerous companies, both large and small. What's different about this small business is that it genuinely values its people. A tropical storm was approaching our area, and I received numerous calls and messages to ensure I was okay and didn't need any assistance.

I wish I worked closer to the main office as I miss seeing my coworkers in person on a regular basis.
