Pros
I started my career here and the owner took me under his wing and taught me everything that I knew. They have company values and they stick to them - they are also a very ethical business and will absolutely do what is the best for the clients the owner is the best boss ever and he is super “chill”. Work/life balance is a major pro here.
Cons
No cons at all!! I advanced my career and had to move on to a bigger company with a bigger salary.
