Management will set you up for failure. Example: a co-worker (We'll call him Frank) credited me with fixing something for him. My manager gave the credit to Frank, not myself.
They are very fickle. Expectations change frequently and they will not inform you. Felt like shooting a moving target blindfolded.
I was admittedly made to be a scapegoat in order to save face with a customer after I did exactly what was asked.
I did exactly what was asked and I got written up (because the manager was wrong)
I called my manager out when he was incorrect and got written up.
I repeatedly offered/asked to do other jobs/duties and was passed over.
We were supposed to have a monthly review. I had one in the two years I was there.
When they let you go, they'll tell you 30 days then let you go one week later. Thanks!
