Fast paced work environment, little pay - Insights Manager KS&R Employee Review

Adopted a work from where you want model, and have done an amazing job keeping teams engaged. Flexible Fridays are a great bonus - signing off at 2 most Fridays just cannot be beat. Extremely detail oriented company, best in the business for a reason. When the business does well staff are rewarded across the board.

Work life balance has been iffy, but greatly modified and improved under management. Really can’t think of anything I would change.

This was a fun place to work years ago. It was a smaller company and everyone knew each other. We were a younger staff and everyone really connected so it made the workday enjoyable. The hours were also very convenient.

There weren’t any negatives outside of the pay being on the lower end.
