Good - Account Manager KREATIVE Employee Review

No time tracker. Very flexible time.

Lack of work and tasks.

I've had a really great time at KREATIVE. The people are very easy to get along with and will feel like a family after just a short amount of time. Everyone is very accepting and have great senses of humor. I've learned what I needed to be successful in future careers.

Pay is a bit below industry standard and might stagnate. Not much room for growth. Some people will get stuck in the same position for years and not learn anything new. Sometimes you might feel like you're working in a factory pumping out content. Learning anything new will have to be done outside of work as you'll spend most of your time catching up on work and trying not to fall behind.
