management representatives don’t follow his core values

misusing power and rights for their self interest
Rather buying unessential and extra additional things for their personal use, if save those unessential spent and reinvest in employees by providing compensaion and hike will help them.
no proper policies and procedures

The management not recognize people who are really working hard and sincerely to the company .
Not giving any value to people who are having Knowledge and experience.
People who are doing as a spy then will get better offer.
lots of incompetent people have gone to the top and really talented people not getting chance. As the case the Project Coordinator doesn't competent, Just sitting and watching that is her job. Though she is surviving becas of her spying. She doesn't really strive to work for the company.She had been suspended for her worst behavior inside the company with coworker for their personal problem. Even person doesnt know how to behave professionally with others inside the company. But has been selected as preceding officer for Internal Complaints committee. She didn't know how to handle her personal problems then how she can solve others problems.
Management pls appoint someone who is really deserve for that position.
